If there is a change of Chazzanim, this is the moment to change.
With tallit.

during Kaddish.
During Rosh Hashana,
avelim (mourners) do not say kadish.
During the day, two
men stand next to the chazzan, called סמוכים
(semuchim). The coheen or the oldest samuch stands to the right of the chazzan,
the other samuch stands to his left.
