Selichot (supplications) are said on workdays from 2nd Elul till Kippur both in the morning and in the evening. Full description can be found elsewhere on this site. The Aramaic parts are recited even if there is no minjan). Short description:

Congregants must stand during the 13 Middot (Thirteen Attributes of Mercy ויעבור – וסלחת) and the Vidui (אשמנו בגדנו…). |

From Rosh Hashanah till after Yom Kippur and on Hoshana Rabbah, all ornaments of- an around the Sefer Tora are made from white cloth. The Rimonim (Torah finials) are filigree because of the white appearance. The Yad (ponteiro, pointer) is made from ivory. |

We do not wear white closes on Rosh Hashanah, nor on Kippur, but dress up, as noble man who go towards their King.

We do not have the minhag (custom) to kneel on Rosh Hashanah and Kippur. I don’t know of any formal reason, but oral tradition says that because the Inquisition forced our ancestors to kneel for idolatry, we can no longer kneel for הקב”ה. |

Pismon אחות קטנה for Rosh Hashanah evening: recording & text. The chazzan repeats words תכלה שנה וקללותיה after the first and last verse the. After the other verses he repeats only וקללותיה. The chazzan repeats the complete the (last) verse חזקו, flowing over into the Kaddish. Shofar blowing on Rosh Hashanah: The שברים-תרועה tone during the תקיעות דמיושב is blown as one tone, all other שברים-תרועה tones are blown with a short break. During the תקיעות דמיושב we are actually sitting. After the blowing in the kadish (before תענו) a תרועה גדולה is blown.
Before the war this was the end of the blowing, total 71 tones. 30 more tones were blown outside the synagogue for those who were interested. After the war, Haham Pereira (SRP) decided to blow these in the synagogue, after אדון עולם, so now we blow in total 101 tones. |

Recording audio or video (M. Samson), made in 1988 for a film, therefore music is heard at the end. This is the way we used to blow. Later the rabbi changed it a bit: the “glitch” after the שברים and תרועה we shorted. |

The 4 big candles on the corners of the Tebah are lit after Minchah before Kippur by the Chazzanim. The thick candles in front of the Heichal are lit by the remaining Chazzanim, supplemented by Kohanim and other members. |

Traditionally, we used big shofarot.
Since in the1970’s the Tokea started buying shofarot in Israel, his special shape was abandoned for practical reasons.
We refer to “Yom Kippur” as “Kippur”, without the “Yom” in front of it. This Minhag I also saw with Moroccan Jews in London and LA. We refer to the night of Kippur as “Kal nidre” with an a, as in apple and not “Kol nidre” with an o, as most communities do.
Before Kippur, the big cupper candlesticks with long candles in front of the Heichal are replaced by simple metal plates with thick candles. These are lit after Minchah and stay on, until the end of Kippur. The four long candles on the Tebah corners are also lit after Minchah and stay on for 25 hours or more. The candles on the Hebah are lit by the Chazzanim, the rest by the rabbinate, and nowadays, by whoever is available.
Mind that keeping these candles lit till after the end of Kippur is one of the essential conditions for allowing the other candles to be lit by a non Jew in the afternoon towards Neilah (see e.g. שו”ע או”ח רעו-ד).
