Ne’ila for Kippur

during Kaddish.
During the day, two
men stand next to the chazzan, called סמוכים
(semuchim). The chatanim are semuchim during ne’ila. The chatan Tora (coheen
or the oldest) stands to the right of the chazzan, the chatan Bershit stands to
his left.

When NN says "gemeente"
(with "g" pronounced like Hebrew chet, "e" like shjeva and
"ee" like tsere) he means that that part is said
by the congregants.

vs "Lecha"
The יג מידות (Thirteen Attributes of
Mercy) are recited in total 26 times (the count of י'ה'ו'ה),
but these are printed only once each tefilla. Therefore it is handy to have the text
on a sheet. Timing is critical for ne'ila, as we strive to blow the shofar exactly
when it is night. For the convenience of the chazzan there is an Excel
planning sheet. The yellow boxes must be filled in, the rest is calculated
automatically

The chazzan and
semuchim sit on the tebah. The pizmon belongs to Mincha, but this is the
point where the chazzan for ne’ila, usually the Chacham,
takes over.
The chazzan
repeats each chorus plus the complete last verse and its chorus.
After the pizmon, the doors
of the middle heichal are opened by a parnaas. When the parnaas is back at
his place, the chazzan start יהי
