Zemirot for Kippur

Chazzan is standing on the Teba Tallit., Tsibur (congregation) is sitting. The Chazzan can sit if he desires to do so, and indeed, I remember some Chazzanim sitting.

If he decides to sit, he must stand with the Tsibur during ברכות השחר (page 1), אנא בכח (page 9), קדיש (page 12) ה’ הוא האלקים … ה’ מלך , (page 14), ברוך שאמר (page 26) and ויברך דויד …לך משתחוים (page 31).

In general, the Chazzan recites aloud only the first sentence of each Mizmor. The last sentence is sung by the community, and then the by the Chazzan. Some sentences in the middle of a Mizmor are recited aloud.
