We have the minhag on Purim to be with nightfall at the words בלילה ההוא, thus we start arvit about 20 minutes before nightfall, see below. Mind that in SH on page 203 paragraph Bb is mentioned to start Aravit with nightfall.

Some remarks regarding the reading of the Megila

| In chapter 7 verse 9: after “ויאמר חרבונה”, the kahal says “זכור לטוב”, which is not repeated by the Chazzan. |
